Weil, Gotshal & Manges Recruits New Tax Partner to Paris Office

Benjamin Pique has joined Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP as a tax partner in Paris, the firm said Tuesday.

He has experience in structuring private equity and M&A transactions, and joins the transactional tax practice, according to Weil.

Pique previously served as a partner at EY in Paris and in New York, said the firm.

The Weil Tax group in Paris advises private equity sponsors and corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings and divestments, as well as complex restructurings.
