Michael Ding has joined WeirFoulds as an associate in the private equity and tax law practice groups, the firm announced Tuesday.
Ding focuses on tax and dispute resolution issues, the firm said.
He was a counsel at the Department of Justice Canada and represented the Crown before the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court of Canada, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, according to WeirFoulds.
