Guilhèm Becvort has joined White & Case as a partner in Luxembourg, specializing in international and Luxembourg corporate tax law, the firm said Tuesday.
Becvort advises on tax aspects of cross-border real estate, debt and private equity investments, and the structuring of regulated and unregulated alternative investment fund platforms. He also advises on the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, securitizations, and capital markets transactions.
He joined White & Case from Allen & Overy, where he was counsel.
