White & Case Taps Cyril Valentin as Global Tax Partner in Paris

Cyril Valentin joined White & Case as a partner and will lead the firm’s global tax practice in Paris, the firm announced Monday.

Valentin advises international and domestic corporate firms, financial institutions, and investment funds on cross-border and domestic public and private mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, leveraged buy-outs, financings, debt restructurings and real estate transactions. He has tax litigation experience in the French tax courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union, the firm said.

He joins from Freshfields.
