Williams Mullen Brings on Brent Baxter to Richmond Tax Section

Brent E. Baxter has joined Williams Mullen as a partner with the tax section in Richmond, Va., the firm said Friday.

Baxter focuses on creating tax-efficient strategies to help minimize tax liabilities for his client’s estate as well as provides wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, income tax planning for individuals and businesses, probate and trust administration, and fiduciary litigation, according to Williams Mullen.

He also provides counsel on developing and implementing wills and trusts to protect and ensure the proper management of his client’s assets, Williams Mullen said.
