Andrew Strelka joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner and chair of the tax resolution practice group in Washington, DC, the firm announcedWednesday.

Strelka advises on tax controversy matters with a focus on tax litigation, IRS appeals, exempt organizations, Administrative Procedure Act issues, and transfer pricing issues. His clients span various industries including global nonprofits, private equity, technology, and global financial institutions, the firm said.

He joins from Latham & Watkins.
