Poland Delays Mandatory Electronic Invoicing Until 2026

Poland will require electronic invoicing via a government-run clearinghouse starting Feb. 1, 2026, for businesses with sales in 2025 exceeding 200 million Polish zloty.

The invoicing will be mandatory for smaller entrepreneurs starting April 1, 2026, the Polish finance ministry said in a press release Friday. The 200 million zloty ($49.6 million) sales threshold is inclusive of value-added tax.
