KBR Gets Louisiana Judge to Slash Use Tax Bill for Ammonia Plant

Kellogg, Brown & Root LLC convinced the Louisiana Board of Tax Appeals in an opinion posted Monday to cut down to about $1.4 million a parish use tax bill of $14.1 million on goods it used to build an ammonia manufacturing plant.
