EY Review Author Urges Australia Firm to Focus on Work Culture

The lead author of a review scrutinizing EY’s workplace in Australia called on the Big Four firm to improve its culture.

Elizabeth Broderick, former Australia sex discrimination commissioner, authored a review earlier this year that found current and former EY Oceania employees faced bullying, racism, and sexual harassment. The report was commissioned after the death of one of the firm’s staff in Australia.
