Senate Democrats Prep Harris Economic Plan Legislative Package

Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and other Senate Democrats are working on a legislative package to ensure Vice President Kamala Harris’ economic package is ready on “day one” if she wins the November presidential election, a Finance spokesperson said.

Wyden is working with colleagues on proposals like Harris’ expanded child tax credit and a Democratic version of ending taxes on tips, Senate Finance spokesperson Ryan Carey said.
