Texas Anti-Abortion Group Backs Opponents of Wind Farm Tax Break

Texas Right to Life urged the Texas Supreme Court to find that neighbors of a wind farm have standing to challenge the property’s more than $10 million tax break so the anti-abortion group can have standing to challenge public funds allocated for abortion access.

Wind farm neighbors Philip Green and Zack Wilks argued the Texas comptroller improperly issued an approval certificate for the wind farm property tax break, even though the project didn’t meet all of the statutory requirements.
