Forvis Mazars Reappoints Tom Watson as Firm’s CEO

The governing board of Forvis Mazars LLP announced Thursday that Tom Watson will continue serving as chief executive officer for another four-year term effective June 1, 2026.

Watson has been CEO since 2021 and has guided Forvis Mazars through a the unification of two super-regional firms into one half of a global network, according to a press release. Under his leadership, the firm has launched initiatives like an Employee Value Proposition, championed its partner-owned structure, and achieved high client satisfaction scores, Forvis Mazars said.
