The hourly minimum wage in San Jose, California, will be $18.45 for calendar year 2026 according to an update on the city’s website.
The city had announced in September that the minimum wage would rise to $18.40 from $17.95 for 2026.
San Jose updated its minimum wage poster to reflect the correction. The poster, also known as a bulletin, is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Hindi.
