The US Citizenship and Immigration Services has two acceptable Forms I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, that employers may use through July 31, 2026, the agency said Aug. 2.
Both acceptable Forms I-9 have an edition date of Aug. 1, 2023, the USCIS said in a press release. The older of the two forms has an expiration date of July 31, 2026, while the newer version has a May 31, 2027, expiration date.
