Kansas announced its unemployment insurance tax rates for 2025 on the state labor department’s website.
Tax rates for experienced employers will range from zero to 6.65%, compared to a range of 0.16% to 6% for 2024, according to the website. The rate changes were caused by a recent law that adjusted the tax schedules by lowering rates for positive-rated employers and increasing rates for negative-rated employers.
