Minnesota Minimum Wage Expected to Rise to $11.13 for 2025

The hourly minimum wage in Minnesota is expected to rise to $11.13 for all employers effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to Bloomberg Tax calculations.

In 2025, Minnesota will transition from a two-tiered minimum wage system based on gross revenue to a single rate that applies to all covered employers. If the rate increases to $11.13, the increase for employers would either be $0.28 or $2.28, depending on which minimum wage applies to them in 2024.
