Novato, California, released its hourly minimum wage rates effective Jan. 1, 2025, on its website.
The minimum wage will be $17.27 for very large businesses, $17 for large businesses, and $16.42 for small businesses, according to the website. Very large businesses are employers with at least 100 employees, large businesses are those with 26 to 99 employees, and small businesses are those with one to 25 employees.
