KPMG Taps Former Lenox, Goldman Sachs Leaders as Board Members

KPMG LLP has added a former Lenox Corp. CEO and a former Goldman Sachs leader to its US governing board, bringing on a pair of seasoned executives to steer the Big Four firm.

Katrina Helmkamp and Harit Talwar will serve as independent directors succeeding Linda Addison, a former managing partner for Norton Rose Fulbright, and retired Air Force Gen. Janet Wolfenbarger, whose five-year terms are expiring. Helmkamp and Talwar join Roel Campos, a former member of the Securities and Exchange Commission, whose term began in 2021, KPMG said Monday.
