Santa Monica, California, Minimum Wage to Be $17.27, Not $17.28

The hourly minimum wage in Santa Monica, California, will rise to $17.27 and not $17.28 as previously announced, according to an update on the city’s website.

The minimum wage, which is currently $16.90, will increase effective July 1, according to the website. Santa Monica, which is located in Los Angeles County, has the same minimum wage rate as the county.
